Job Description / Responsibility

This role is responsible to assist all sort of Legal affairs relevant with Home Loan. Such as legal vetting, drafting of security documents, scrutinizing all sorts of legal documents and ensure other legal affairs related to home loan matters as and when required
Prepare Legal Vetting, Opinions and scrutinize all sorts of legal documents
Ensure proper documentation, MIS and post disbursement documentation
Collect Legal Vetting/Opinion and Title Search for Home Loan from external service provider

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Laws [LL.B (Hons)] or Master of Laws (LL.M)

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year(s)

Job Requirements

1-4 years of relevant work experience in a reputed bank/financial institute or related experience with any reputable law firms having good knowledge on land related laws and regulations
Sound knowledge about different laws on home loan product, legal documentation and relevant government laws
