Job Description / Responsibility :

Responsible for planning, developing and managing the Branch operation towards achieving given revenue targets
Maintain good public relations with customers and the community. Responsible for growing customer base through internal and external marketing programs
Develop new deposit and loan business, provide a superior level of customer service and promote the service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation
Ensure strict compliance in all operational activities of the Branch

Educational Requirements :

Post Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing, Banking from a reputed University having no third class/division in academic career

Experience Requirements :

At least 7 year(s)

Job Requirements :

Age At most 45 year(s)
Post Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing, Banking from a reputed University having no third class/division in academic career
Minimum 7(seven) years and above experience in any reputed private commercial bank
Minimum 3(three) years experience as Branch Manager
Sound knowledge in all areas of banking operations
Smart appearance with pleasant personality
Excellent verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
Age within 45 years as on 30.06.2017
