For the post of “Associate/ Sr. Relationship & Services Manager – Payroll, Retail Banking”

Job Description / Responsibility
  • This role is primarily responsible for the acquisition and sales of Payroll department and generates higher business volumes to meet targets. This incumbent is also responsible to co-ordinate with various internal departments/units within the bank to ensure smooth operations of the department. Improve productivity of payroll sales by improving process efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with on board payroll companies
  • Handle all sort of queries & requirements of payroll companies with accuracy and efficiency to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Coordinating with cross-functional departments in order to ensure smooth business flow

Educational Requirements
    4 years of graduation/ Masters in business discipline from a reputed university
Experience Requirements
  • At least 4 year(s)
Job Requirements
  • At least 4-8 years of relevant work-experience in a reputed bank/financial institutes with 2-3 years experience in Payroll Banking
  • Matured, composed and likes working with numbers
  • Sound knowledge about retail product development and sales
