Job Title	:	Head of Corporate Credit Documentation, CAD
Job Context:	:	This role is primarily responsible for ensuring compliance of approval term and condition with legal enforce ability of the corporate client`s security documentation governed by the prevailing law and regulatory authority. The incumbent must ensure timely service in a pro-active manner along with safeguarding the interest of the bank in terms of documentation, compliance and to mitigate credit risk.

Job Description/ Responsibility Check & Supervise facility documentation for the corporate clients with legal enforceability Ensure and Implement Pari Passu Security Sharing Agreement (PPSSA), Charge creation and Syndication Act as the Custodian of Security Documents for Corporate Clients Esnure CL preparation and BBK correspondence Understand the need to the relevant stakeholder and ensure they are catered Job Nature: Full time Job Requirements 4 years of Graduation or Masters in Business discipline from a reputed university At least 8 years of relevant work-experience preferably in a reputed bank/financial institute Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building & people management skills Well conversant on Central Bank guidelines & policies, Bank Company act and other prevailing law and regulations Job Location: Dhaka Division Application Deadline: August 21 2017 Company Information The City Bank Limited House CEN (C) 11, Avenue 136 (Level 4), Gulshan 2, Dhaka.
