Job Description / Responsibility
Act as change management specialist to drive activities to establish organizational effectiveness and sustain culture change
Support team dynamics and organization effectiveness programs and initiatives
Support Operational Excellence programs and practices in partnership with HR and Business Leaders
Partnering in designing and delivering high potential development programs
Supporting the successful deployment of the Employee Culture Survey; assisting in interpreting employee survey results and creating tools to drive positive change
Keeping abreast of internal and external organizational effectiveness best practices
Designing employee communication in support of organization needs and strategy

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from University required, preferably within Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Communications or Computer Science

Job Description / Responsibility
Deliver excellent HR service across the full range of BBL Business or Support functions
Consulting with business heads, colleagues, and stakeholders to identify and analyze needs, and develop the Strategic and Unit learning plans for allocated Business Unit/Support Functions organization
Work with Managers across business lines to ensure the effective & seamless delivery of end-to-end HR processes
Provide guidance and advisory to Managers:
-For goal-setting and the performance review process
-Coach managers in providing high-quality feedback and linking compensation to performance management address under performance
-Develop employee to grow into new role
Work with managers to address employee issues and assist with performance management
Partner with the reward team through the year end process and on reward issues and to ensure that reward policies and initiatives are communicated throughout the business
Provide support for business team development
Understand and proactively manage risk and compliance across all areas of work
Actively contribute to HR projects as required

Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputed university

Experience in an HRBP/HR Adviser role preferred

Ensure compensation and benefits standards in compliance with Bank’s policies and/or other regulations
Design competitive employee packages in line with Bank’s policies & guidelines
Implement Salary Revision, Increment and Promotion of employees
Compute Bonuses and other allowances as per Bank’s policies and disburse subsequently
Analyze various incentives proposals meticulously, calculate and pay accordingly
Process and disburse monthly salary timely and accurately
Recommend changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention
Provide benefits administration services like staff loans, insurance etc.
Process final settlement and make necessary adjustments
Answer employee queries on compensation and benefit matters
Prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
Ensure submission of various periodical reports to concerned internal and external stakeholders
