- candidate must have current or previous experience in HR Payroll.
- Processing, maintaining, and updating employee salaries, bonuses, allowances, incentives, commissions, and other benefits.
- Having sound and updated knowledge about Bangladesh Labour Law, NBR Regulations, and Income Tax Ordinance.
- Issuance of individual tax cards, calculating and publishing investment requirements, along with updating AIT and individual tax rebate issues.
- Maintaining the payroll system by designing, calculating, and processing data.
- Implementation, cacalculation, nd upgrading current Tax implications in relation to benefits and pay. Reporting to NBR under section 50, 108, and 108 (A).
- Planned, design and evaluate, and modified benefits policies, processes, and practices to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor salary structure and benefits and balance cost control in line with best compensation and benefits practices in the banking industry.
- Compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data, which also fulfill the reporting requirements of relevant government rules and regulations.
- Assist in conducting annual salary and benefits surveys.
- Develop, analyze, and update the HR annual budget.
- Assisting in the merit matrix, broad-banding, and other fringe benefits.
