Rajshahi University Started providing digital smart ID cards for attendance and other records of students, teachers, employees, officers, and persons who are eligible to have one.
A smart card is actually a card to show identity to the authority admin of an office or where it is used to take records of the card holders. It could bring lots of information, like a unique ID number, name, designation, address, etc.

Students/MFIL/PHD Online Form: Click Here
Things that need to be noted on filling up the form:
- Your given information online will be considered final.
- Things to keep in mind while registering the form online are:
a) 300×400 px studio quality recent color photo for upload (JPEG format)
b) Blood Group
c) Roll and registration number of the HSC or equivalent examination. - After filling up the form online correctly, applicants need to print it on A4-sized offset paper and sign in the related area. Also, he/she needs to get signed and sealed by the department head. Then, with that form, you need to pay the RFID card fee of Tk. 400. And we need to certify that admission-pay-in-slip photocopy. Finally, we need to send the below address.
- For MFIL or PSD applicants, the fee of Tk. 400 needs to be deposited at Agrani Bank, RABI branch, with “RFID Card” account no: 0200002484102, and they need to attach the original pay slip while submitting.
- Students in the 2013–144 session do not need to fill out the form.

- Things to keep in mind while registering the form online is:
a) 200×500 px signature for upload (JPEG format) - b) After filling up the form online correctly, an applicant needs to print that in A4-sized offset paper and sign
on the related area with the sign and seal of the relevant authority or officer. Then send that to the address below. - The PDF form could be printed later too accessing the form by existing password.
Online Form To Replace/Change/Update the Digital ID Card: Click Here
If the card gets lost, or stolen or the card gets promoted, the card can be changed or replaced with a new one. Details below:
- Fees to replace or update the card: 275 Tk. And need to deposit with “RFID Card” to the account number 0200002484102 (Agrani Bank RU Branch).
- After filling out the form linked up, the cardholder needs to get a signed reference from the relevant authority, and then submit the money deposit slip to the address below.
- For stolen or lost cards, the cardholder needs to do a general diary (GD) at the station and attach a copy of the GD with all other things.
