Educational Requirements

• MBM/MBA/Masters in any discipline from any recognized public, private, or foreign university
• At least 3 (three) 1st Class/Division or its equivalent CGPA with no 3rd Class/Division in the entire academic record
• Minimum ‘5B’ in O-Level and ‘2B’ in A-Level (in the case of English Medium students). Only published results are acceptable.

Additional Requirements

• Age: Not exceeding 30 (thirty) years as of the last date of application [32 (thirty-two) for descendants of Freedom Fighter/Martyred Freedom Fighter].
• Interpersonal Skills:
• High career aspiration and self-motivation. Can-Do attitude.
• Proactive, smart, and result-oriented with strong integrity and social skills.
• Other Requirements: signing an indemnity bond to serve the bank for a minimum period of three years. Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Compensation & Other Benefits

• What You Can Expect:

• Monthly consolidated salary of BDT 45,000.00 during the MT Development Program
• On successful completion of the development program, MTs will be directly confirmed as executive officers under a regular pay scale with a monthly gross salary of BDT 62,000.00 and other benefits as per the bank’s policy.
