Job Context

  • Shifts:
  • Overseas Markets: Monday to Friday, between 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM
  • Depending on the assigned market or country in compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales and marketing with customers overseas over the phone, sending stock lists to customers, and Checking and returning emails
  • Search for new customers when necessary, and register them
  • Relationship development by telesales with existing customers
  • After-sales service
  • To look after advertisement, direct sales, and product promotion activities
  • corporate sales planning
  • Monthly sales target achieve
  • To look after customer queries, product promotion activities, counseling with clients, corporate sales meetings, Marketing, customer relation development, Other sales, and marketing-related works
  • Must be target-oriented and able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Regular follow-up with existing or potential clients to achieve maximum potential
  • Build a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Research market regulations and keep up with new changes
  • Required to perform according to the training and guidance given for better productivity & efficiency
  • Other related sales & marketing activities

  • The applicants should have experience in the following areas: advertising and promotion, brand planning and development, business development, corporate marketing, customer support and client service, public relations, sales, telemarketing, engineering firms, real estate developers, and insurance.
  • Business Level: Fluent in ENGLISH. PORTUGUESE ( or BOTH)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
  • Ability to work under pressure with the guidance of experienced Supervisors
  • Self-motivated, Dedicated, Sincere, and eager to Learn and Perform
  • Should have a professional appearance with a challenging attitude toward the job
  • Must have “CAN DO” Attitude
  • Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Internet Browsing and Searching)
  • Understanding about the automobile market will be preferred
  • Market-compatible Professionalism
  • Adapting skills and experience to take control of any adverse situation by customers overseas
